Finding Nemo tells the heartwarming story of a loving if overprotective father clownfish named Marlin who's forced to muster the courage to venture outside the comfort and safety of his protected reef in search of his son, Nemo, who's been captured by local divers. After Marlin befriends the absent-minded Dory, the two become inseparable and together take on the wide ocean with all its mysteries. Their adventures lead them on a wild ride, where they encounter tenacious sharks, surfer dude sea turtles and squawking seagulls. Meanwhile, on land, Nemo faces obstacles of his own -- dumped into a fish tank, he seems destined to become the pet for a cruel little girl. But along with his newfound friends Gill, Bloat, Peach, Nigel and Coral, Nemo strategically plans his escape back home.
